My training methods
The pedagogical approach consists of :
– Working in small groups
– Trainer’s presentations
– Videos with behavioral examples with analysis and commentary
– Role plays with video analysis of behaviors (depending on the group)
– Exchanges and analyses based on practical cases reported by the participants and the trainer
